Deputy Commissioner Kohima Gregory Thejawelie NCS has notified to all concerned that unauthorized entry and exit within the demarcated Containment Zone is a punishable offence. The notification also added that anyone found violating the demarcated perimeter of the Containment Zone will be liable to punishment under Section 51 and 60 of the Disaster Management Act, 2005 and Section 188 of the Indian Penal Code.
