The Deputy Commissioner Longleng has informed all concerned that under the Assistance to Disabled Persons (ADIP) & Rashtriya Vayoshri Yojana (RVY) scheme, Government of India, the Longleng District Administration and the Department of Social Welfare Longleng in coordination with Artificial Limbs Manufacturing Corporation of Indian (ALIMCO) shall be conducting a disability identification camp for PwDs and beneficiaries identification camp for senior citizens which are tentatively scheduled to be held on the 22nd of September 2022.

Required documents under Rashtriya Vayoshri Yojana (RVY) scheme for senior citizens (Age 60 years & above) are:

1.            Passport size photo (2×)

2.            Copy of Age & Address Proof (Aadhar Card/Voter ID) or any valid Govt ID card.

3.            Income certificate (Equal or Below Rs: 15000/ month) issued by the appropriate authority.

4.            Photocopy of BPL Card or Proof of Receiving old age pension under IGNOAPS or State Government Pension for BPL categories.

Required Documents under the ADIP scheme (Person with Disabilities):

1.            Passport size photo (2×).

2.            Copy of Age and Address Proof (Aadhaar card/Voter ID) or any valid Govt ID card.

3.            Income certificate (equal to or below Rs: 22500/month) issued by the appropriate authority.

4.            Disability Certificate having Disability 40% or above.

In this regard, to avail of the benefits, the above-mentioned required documents from intended beneficiaries are to be furnished to the office of the undersigned on or before 19th September 2022.
