Hongkap Konyak and Jeilei Konyak exemplify the values of hard work and dedication, and they proudly serve as custodians of invaluable traditional wisdom and expertise.

These distinguished artisans were among the select few chosen from Nagaland to engage with the Prime Minister in New Delhi during the inauguration of the Pradhan Mantri Vishwakarma Kaushal Samman Yojana. This scheme is dedicated to acknowledging, supporting, and assisting artisans and craftspeople committed to traditional trades, utilizing handcrafted techniques and tools.
