Deputy Commissioner Dimapur Sachin Jaiswal, IAS was inducted as President of the Bharat Scouts and Guides' Association Dimapur and Sr SDEO Dimapur Apokla Longkumer as District Secretary at DC's Conference Hall, Dimapur on 21st July 2022.

Addressing the gathering, DC mentioned that BS&GA is not new to him as he was part of Bharat Scouts and Guides and NCC in his student life while stating that he was honored to be inducted into the BS&GA. He assured to extend support and cooperation. 

Flag ceremony and oath-taking were conducted by District Organising Commissioner (Scouts) Agay Joseph and District Organizing Commissioner (Guides) Kevileno Haikum. The programme concluded with the Scouts & Guides Tap song.
