Deputy Commissioner, Tseminyu, Dr. Zasekuolie Chusi IAS has notified for Tseminyu District that any cases of unlawful activities such as organized extortion, collection of illegal taxes, possession, and carrying of illegal arms and ammunition, etc which have the potential to seriously impact the security of the state and maintenance of peace and public order, can be detained and prosecuted as per provisions of the National Security Act 1980 of section 3(3). This section shall remain in force with retrospective effect from 1st September 2022 till extended by the state government from time to time.
