In connection with International Day against Drugs Abuse and illicit trafficking, the DEF Longleng has conducted an open online video competition on the topic “Impact of Drugs in Longleng”. The result of the online competition was declared on 26th June 2020. After scrutiny the following persons were declared as the winners of the competition. (1). KonaeiShangdok, Kohima, (2). Hom-mei S Phom, Noklangkhong Longleng and (3). Pangilenla T Phom, Model Colony, Purana Bazar, Dimapur bagged 1st, 2nd and 3rd respectively. 

Consolation Prize winners are: (1). I. Akum Kichu, Sungkomen ward, Mokokchung, (2). K. Chingmei, Yongam village, Longleng, (3). Y. Lehotandet Phom, Shayung ward, Longleng and (4). Tongpangkumluk Phom, Alayong village, Longleng. 

They will be awarded with a cash prize of Rs. 2500, Rs. 1500 and Rs. 1000 respectively for the first, second and third and while Rs. 500 each as consolation prize will be given to 4 (Four) persons. The video of the first prize winner is uploaded in the facebook page of the District Executive Force Longleng. To mark the International day against Drugs Abuse & illicit trafficking the DEF Longleng along with the district administration also destroyed the seized tobacco products in the presences of the civil societies.
