Demonstration on nursery bed preparation of winter crops was conducted by ATMA Chunlikha block, Tseminyu district at Tesophenyu, and Ziphenyu on 16th May 2022. The demonstration was attended by one farmer friend and four other farmers. The resource person Assistant technology manager Chenobu Seb, Sinlo Khing, and Kebegi Kent highlighted the importance of proper nursery bed preparation and the use of Trichoderma in the treatment of paddy seeds which helps in defensive response to pests and can be used in controlling many plant diseases, it helps plant root growth promoting capabilities and also help in to break down the pesticides and herbicides residue in the soil.

At the end of the demonstration, the farmers shared their appreciation for the demonstration and distribution of Trichoderma powder to the farmers.
