Departmental Coordination meeting of all Heads of Offices under Medziphema Sub-Division was held at ADC's Conference Hall at Medziphema on 24th May 2022 under the Chairmanship of ADC Medziphema, Imsongmeren.

The meeting discussed matters relating to election training, census, plantation drive, and conducting small programmes in the Sub Division. The house deliberated at length about the plantation drive on World Environment Day. Various suggestions were put forth by different departments regarding the plantation drive. The CIH and the Forest Department will provide trees for plantation at schools and offices. The Chairman assigned all the departments with various tasks for the plantation drive. The house also formed a committee for the plantation drive, where ADC Medziphema will be the Convenor, Range Officer as Member-Secretary, one member each from CIH, SDAO, and Medziphema village.

PHED SDO, Er. I Chirang Zeliang highlighted the Department's work in the subdivision. The house also decided to sensitize the use of single-use plastic on World Environment Day.

ADC Imsongmeren urged all the HoOs in the sub-division to perform their duties sincerely.
