On September 27, 2023, the Director of Social Welfare, Tosheli Zhimomi, along with her senior directorate officials, paid a visit to Peren District and convened a coordination meeting with officers and staff of the Social Welfare Department. The meeting took place at the Forest Guest House in Jalukie Town.

Director, Tosheli Zhimomi, and her team were warmly welcomed by the officers and staff of the Social Welfare Department, as well as the Anganwadi Workers and Helpers.

During the meeting, a special song was performed by the children from Anganwadi centers under the Jalukie Project. This was followed by an invocation delivered by Kulule Chawang, the Poshan Coordinator for Peren District.

The session was marked by a comprehensive address from the Director and her senior officials, during which various issues and matters were discussed. The Director also delivered a stern message, emphasizing the importance of punctuality and dedication among the department's officials.

The meeting was presided over by Chotangse Sangtam, the Child Development Project Officer (CDPO) for Tening, and concluded with a vote of thanks by Dishong Chawang, the CDPO for Nsong.
