The district court complex, Longleng, and e-Sewa Kendra has been inaugurated at Longleng on 24th November 2022 by Justice Kakheto Sema, Judge Gauhati Court. 

In his inaugural address, Justice Kakheto Sema said that having a separate court complex will have the judicial officers function independently and fearlessly and encourage the judicial officers and lawyers to dispense justice to the people.

He also said that with the introduction of e-Sewa Kendra in Longleng district, the lawyers, litigants or any person can get access to their case status easily and also obtain orders and judgment which will help not only the judicial officers and lawyers but also the public in general. 

Earlier, Neiko Akami, NJS registrar, Gauhati High Court, Kohima Bench also addressed the programme. 

The programme was chaired by Chumden Chang, NJS District & Session Judge, Longleng, and attended by Khrievono Seletsu, NJS, Civil Judge (Jr. Div.) /JMFC, Longleng, Advocates and staff of District Court Longleng.

Deputy Commissioner Longleng, Dharam Raj, and SDPO Longleng also attended the programme.
