District-level Orientation (DLO) for Aadi Karmayogi Abhiyan was held on 12th September 2025 at the Deputy Commissioner's Conference Hall Mon .The meeting was chaired by Deputy Commissioner Mon, Wennyei Konyak (NCS) who welcomed all the members present at the meeting.
DC Mon said the Aadi Karmayogi Abhiyan is an initiative of Ministry of Tribal Affairs GoI, aims at focusing on empowering grassroots governance, inclusive development to ensure last mile service delivery in tribal areas. He further said that the concept of it is to sensitize all the stakeholders about the different schemes, and to promote convergence among various departments for holistic development in the tribal community.
Nodal Officer for Mon District, Er. R. Mhao Humtsoe EAC Mon Hq, presented the power point for Aadi Karmayogi Abhiyan during which he highlighted the objective and its important features.
