The 2nd All Nagaland Dr. Imkongliba Ao Memorial Open Volleyball Trophy, organised by Japukong Youth Organization, started at DDSC stadium, Dimapur on 13th December 2021 with a total of nine teams.DC Dimapur, Rajesh Soundarajan congratulated the organisers for promoting volleyball and making sure the youngsters get the best of opportunities. He encouraged the players to take inspiration from the life of Dr. Imkongliba Ao and set a higher goal for themselves, have patience and determination and believe in themselves. He appealed to the players to go beyond their limit and aim for national and international glory. 

The welcome address was delivered by President JYO, Limayanger Imchen. Greetingsby the President of Dimapur Ao Lanur Telongjem, Tiatemsu Longchar. Special number was presented by Aotoshi and the program was chaired by Rongsenmongla Jamir.
