District Task Force, Mon in collaboration with Eleutheros Christian Society (ECS) invites applicants for 11(Eleven) Nos. of Community Surveillance Volunteers in Mon Town. 

Details are as follows:

1. Job Profile:  Door to Door Survey (covering at least 20-30 households everyday), reporting of flu like symptoms, report for testing and follow up, create awareness on home isolation of Covid-19 positive cases. 
2. Duration: 2 (two) months which may get extended based on number of cases and performance. 
3. Honorarium: Rs. 8500 per month (funded by FES)
4. Educational Qualification: Class XII & above.
5. Eligibility:

a) 1 (one) Community Surveillance Volunteer per Ward under Mon Town. He/She should be a permanent resident of the ward. 

b) Should have experience in public speaking. 

c) Preference will be given to those who are vaccinated. 

d) Should have personal bank account. 

e) Should be willing to do door to door survey and reporting thereof. 

f) Should be willing to be tested of required. 

g)  Should coordinate with respective Ward Task Force for reporting of any Covid-19 symptoms.
