In his continuous effort to help the needy people during this pandemic crisis, Deputy Chief Minister and Minister In-charge for Home & R&B, Y.Patton today the 8th July 2020 distributed 530 bags of rice for his constituency people which consists of around 21 villages
(37 Tiyi AC) residing in Wokha town.
Patton in his short interaction with the media people at his residence at Wokha during the distribution of free ration said, after the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic crisis he has
been assisting with essential commodities for the last three for his constituency people,
where he also added today also he is distributed 530 bags of rice for the daily wage earners,
which will benefit around 530 household for his constituency people who are residing in Wokha Town. He also appealed all section of the society to maintain social distancing and other guidelines in fighting the pandemic crisis.
The Deputy Chief Minister from his end donated Sound system/PA equipments including Amplifier two numbers, Horn and Driver Unit 4 numbers each, and Microphone 2 numbers which was received by the Information Assistant, DPRO Office Wokha. The Officers and staff of DPRO office Wokha expressed profound gratitude to Patton for his generous contribution towards the department.
Rev. Achumo Kithan offered dedicatory prayer before handing over the relief material to the beneficiaries.
