Shyam Kumar, Expenditure observer for 8 Western Angami AC visited the Constituency on 9th February 2023 to review the implementation of the Election Expenditure Monitoring system in place. The Expenditure Observer was accompanied by Tiayanger Jamir Returning Officer of the 8-Western Angami Assembly Constituency.
