As part of the Nagaland Police Duty-cum-Sports Meet 2021, the Family Welfare competition 2021 was organised by Nagaland Police Welfare Association and lady wives of police officers and all other ranks at NAPTC, Hockey Ground, Chumoukedima on 12th November 2021. 

Wife of Chief Minister, Nagaland, Kaisa Rio, inaugurated the stalls set up by different units and also gave away the prizes to the winners. 

Under Bamboo Work category, 11th NAP IR Battalion bagged the first prize while DEF Peren and 6th NAP Battalion bagged the 2nd & third prize respectively. Under Recycled Item, DEF, Kohima was adjudged first and 7th NAP Battalion and Nagaland Police Training School were given 2nd and third prizes respectively. 

Eye catching bamboo and wood products, fresh flowers, eatables etc. were seen displayed in all 30 stalls set up for the competition.
