A farewell programme in honour of SDO (Civil), Tseminyu Tumben P. Tsanglao, NCS was held at DC’s conference hall, Tseminyu on 12th July 2023.

The programme was chaired by Ruokuosetuo Tetso EAC HQ,

During the programme, speechs were delivered by by Addl. DC Tseminyu Longasen Lotha and Tsonga Kath, UDA DC office, Tseminyu.
