The First round of Randomization of EVMs/VVPATs for the upcoming General Election to the Nagaland Legislative Assembly, 2023 was conducted on 4th February 2023 at NIC conference Hall Mon.

Earlier Deputy Commissioner & District Election Officer Ajit Kumar Verma briefed the roles and responsibilities of the EVMs/VVPATs management team and asked for full cooperation from them. He also said that each and every individual’s contribution will be equally important for the smooth conduct of the election. He also reminded them that it’s a time-bound duty only.

After the Randomization of EVMs/VVPATs in the presence of Deputy Commissioner & District Election Officer Ajit Kumar Verma and the representatives of the various Political Parties from Mon District, the required EVMs/VVPATs were allocated to respective ACs through EMS.
