District Industries Centre under the flagship of Ministry of Food Processing Industries, Government of India organised a one-day seminar-cum-workshop on CSS-Pradhan Mantri Formalisation of Micro at Vamuzo Memorial Hall Chozuba, Phek on 26th October 2022.
The District Resource Persons (DRPs) for PM-FME scheme would handhold and give support to the interested entrepreneurs, assist the entrepreneurs in the preparation of Detailed Project Report, online application process, bank loan process and in obtaining the necessary registrations and licenses.
The resource person, General Manager of DIC (Chozuba), Cholzo Sophie delivered lecture on topic PMFE: Aims & Objectives, Processes & Procedures; Inspector of Industries & District Resource Person, Kezhaletuo Khruomo imparted on Support to Food Processing Unit and Eligibility Criteria; Inspector of Industries & District Resource Person, Wekhrope Akami highlighted on Modalities and Sharing of Portal details and how to apply; Designated Officer (Food Safety), Peterson Pongener shared on Food Safety and FSSAI Registration; Lead District Manager (Phek), Biplab Thakuria presented on Banking Modalities and Processing of Applications in the Banks, Chairperson of CWWS (Eche Hilly Food Products), Nezelu Nyekha delivered a lecture on Experience Sharing on Food Processing.
