To commemorate 75th India Independence Day, the District Chief Veterinary Office Kohima under the Department of A.H & Veterinary Services conducted a free anti-rabies vaccination cum animal health camp on 15th August 2021 at veterinary hospital, Kohima.

VAS, Vety. Dispensary, Chiephobozou, Kohima, Dr. VikuolieMezhatsu informed that there was a good response from the pet and livestock owners during the camp. Altogether, 253 nos of dogs were vaccinated against Rabies disease and 47 nos of livestock animals were given free health treatment.
