Election General Observer to 56th & 57th Assembly Constituencies Dr. M. Muthukumar, IAS held a meeting with the Indenting Candidates of 56th & 57th A/Cs for Nagaland Legislative Assembly at DC's Conference Hall, Noklak on 13th February 2023.

General Observer, Dr. M. Muthukumar appealed to all the candidates and voters to have free, fair, and transparent for the successful conduct of the election. The Observer elaborated on Election Commission of India guidelines, where he stated that all candidates have to follow the guidelines and rules as given by the commission. He further, requested to have proper coordination between the District Election Machineries and political parties. 

DC & DEO, Noklak K. Mhathung Tsanglao explained in detail the Election model code of conduct and to this, he requested all the candidates to adhere to maintain and follow the model code of conduct while campaigning. The DC reminded the candidates and political parties to take proper permission from their respective Returning Officers of 56th and 57th A/Cs while conducting rallies and meetings.
