In pursuance of the undertaking by the Ministry of Housing and urban affairs Government of India under Jal Abhiyan (Urban) "Catch the rain where it falls and when it falls" and in commemoration of world environment day, all government institutions and schools within Mangkolemba town conducted a plantation drive within their respective office complex on 4th June 2022.
