Hands-on training for all central Observers on the use of M-3, EVMs, and VVPATs was held on 10th February 2023 at DC's Conference Hall, Chumoukedima. 

Master Trainer, Bodevi Shuya imparted the training. During the training, he stressed full acquaintance with the handling and operation of the machines to the observers. General Observer, Jitendra Kumar Singh, IAS; Police Observer, Satish Kumar Gajbhiye, IPS; Election Expenditure Observer, Sunil Kisan Agawane, IRS-IT, and EAC Chumoukedima, Dziesengunuo Mere attended the training.
