Joining the rest of the country in celebration of Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav, a Tiranga rally was held under Chiephobozou Sub-Division, Kohima to kick off the Har Ghar Tiranga on 12th August 2022. The rally was flagged off by ADC Cheiphobozuo, Alemyapang Longchar at Chiechama local ground, which culminated at Northern gate Chiephobozou covering 3 kms.

Around 500 people comprising of students, government officials, villagers from neighboring areas along with citizens of Chiephobozou town participated in the rally.
