HIPFEST 2022 INAUGURATED AT HORNBILL FESTIVAL

Portrait Enterprise with support from DIPR and Tourism Department organised HIPFEST under the theme, ‘Colours of Nagaland’ at WW II area, Kisama on 1st December 2022.

Chief General Manager, State Bank of India, Vincent Menachery inaugurated the HIPFEST in the presence of Commissioner & Secretary, IPR, Maria Yanthan, IAS, Additional Director, IPR, Dzüvinuo Theünuo and Joint Director, IPR, Asangla Imsong and other officials.

Winners of the fest will be awarded with cash prize of 1st prize - Rs. 25,000, 2nd prize - Rs. 20,000, 3rd prize - Rs. 15,000, with five consolation prizes of Rs. 5000 each. Photo contest for juniors of Class 10 and below will also be awarded with 1st Prize – Rs. 10,000, 2nd – Rs. 7000 and 3rd – Rs. 5000.
