To facilitate the Absentee Voter in the category of Senior Citizen (AVSC) and PwDs (AVPD) who were entitled to cast their votes through postal ballot, the DC & DEO Office Kohima today the 18th February 2023 initiated the house-to-house postal ballot facility for the AVSC and AVPD listed under the district. The exercise was carried out by the polling teams in all the six Assembly Constituencies to enable the listed AVSC and AVPD to exercise their franchise through postal ballot.
