In order to take effective measures to prevent the spread of Covid-19 and in exercise power conferred under section 30 (1), (2) of the Disaster Management Act 2005, DC, Kiphire and Chairman DTF, Rahul Mali IAS has ordered the sealing of House Nos.143 /364/134/201 at Kipongya ward Kiphire with immediate effect till further order.

Any person violating the containment measures will be liable to be punished as per provision of section 51 to 60 of the disaster management Act 2005 besides legal action under section 188 of the Indian penal code.
