IMFL DESTROYED IN KIPHIRE

Through the pre-Trial destruction Order U/S 452 CRPC passed by Chief Judicial Magistrate Kiphire Phuleto Yeptho NJS, the following Seized Indian Made Foreign Liquors (IMFL) worth more than ₹ 250,000/- Rupees two lakh fifty thousand were destroyed on the 23rd January 2023 at 2:30 P.M, some two to three km away from Kiphire town.

The task was executed in the presence of 'Pre-Trial Destruction Committee members'- EAC, SDPO, APP, OC/P.S, P. I and DPRO Kiphire, and GB forest colony Yangkimong. The details of seized items were given as under:-

1.      KPE/P.S/Case- No- 01/2023 (a) MC Rum 31Nos (b)Old Smuggler Rum 01 Nos (c) Can Beer- 21 Nos (d)AC Black Whisky- 59 Nos (e) Imperial Blue- 13 Nos (f) Royal Stag Whisky- 02 Nos.

2.      KPE/P.S Case/ No-02/2023 (a) AC Black Whisky - 98 Nos (b) OC Blue Whisky -14 Nos (c) MC Rum-321 Bottles (d) Can Beer- 92 Nos

3.      KPE/ P.S Case/No 03/2023 (a) AC Black Whisky- 240 Nos (b) Can Beer- 840 Nos.
