Nagaland House Delhi Staffs celebrated 76th Independence Day the 15th August, 2022 at 29, Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Road, New Delhi.

MLA and Advisor for Food & Civil Supplies, LM & CP NSDMA, Pukhayi Sumi unfurled the National Flag. In his speech he said India got its Independence Day 76 years ago and congratulated the great leaders of India. He mention that, it is a National festival of India, a very special day for the citizen of India and that it’s a time to remember the great freedom fighters of India.

During the short function Additional Chief Secretary & Chief Resident Commissioner Nagaland House Delhi, Jyoti Kalash also delivered a short message to the gathering. He said that we should never forget the Moral Value of Independence Day of India. We celebrate Independence Day to pay Tribute to our great freedom fighters who gained Independence from India’s struggles and sacrifices.

He also congratulated the State of Nagaland for celebrating 76th India Independence Day through the State. Around 200 Staffs and children were present. The guard of honour from 1st NAP Delhi base took part in the function.
