Returning Officer, Imokokla, 18th Chozuba Assembly Constituency for Nagaland Legislative Assembly scrutinized the nomination files in the Election Office on 8th February 2023.

As per the Election Commission of India guidelines and norms, the nomination files were scrutinized. The candidates were Kudecho Khamo, NDPP; Dr. Chotisuh Sazo, Lok Janshakti Party (LJP- RV): Sovenyi, NPF; Thephupi Kapuh, Independent; Veprasa Nyekha, National People's Party (NPP).
