Minister for Higher Education and Tourism, Government of Nagaland, Imna Along and Advisor for School Education & State Council of Educational Research & Training, Dr. Kekhrie Yhome called on Peters Chen, Director of Education Division, Taipei Economic and Cultural Center in India and Sampriti Rajkhowa, Education Assistant, Taipei Economic and Cultural Center in India, at New Delhi on 19th March 2025 to discuss collaboration in the field of Mandarin language, education, and job opportunities, especially through scholarships, internships, MoUs, and exchange programs.
Taiwan has vast opportunities in employment due to a slowing growth rate in population. Taiwan also invests a lot in Human Resource Development due to lack of natural resources. It is a leading country in semi-conductors and education.
