A Farewell Programme in respect of outgoing State Information Commissioners, Nosazol Charles and T. Kekongchim Yimkhiung was held on 28th November 2025 in the office of Nagaland Information Commission after successful completion of their three years tenures as State Information Commissioners.

In their farewell speeches, the outgoing State Information Commissioners shared their experiences during their three years tenure as SICs. Speeches on behalf of the Commission were delivered by Kevisa Kense, IAS (Rtd), Chief Information Commissioner and Worhonthung Ezung, Deputy Secretary, NIC.

Sungtila Jamir, NCS, Secretary, NIC chaired the Programme and also delivered the welcome address. The highlights of the programme includes presentations to the outgoing SICs. The programme concluded with a vote of thanks delivered by Nikiye Z. Yeputhomi, NSS, Superintendent.
