A farewell program in honour of the outgoing DC Tseminyu, Rohit Singh, IAS and EAC, Ruokuosetuo Tetso was held in the conference hall of DC Office Tseminyu on 27th May 2025.

In his farewell speech, Rohit Singh (IAS) expressed heartfelt gratitude to MLA Jwenga Seb, the administrative officers, staff of the DC office, HoD of Tseminyu District, the President of Rengma Hoho, President Rengma women association and President Rengma Selozi for their support and cooperation extended to him during his short tenure as DC of Tseminyu District. 

Speaking on behalf of DPDB Tseminyu, MLA, Jwenga Seb thanked the two outgoing Officers for taking the district forward in the right path by bringing many changes and achievements in the District. Seb also lauded both the officers for being sincere and dedicated in their assignment. 

Incoming DC Tseminyu, Japhet Woch congratulated the outgoing officers for conducting election in a very peaceful manner. He also said that many challenges will be coming ahead and need cooperation and requested the NGOs, Hoho and all head of departments to feel free in sharing any issues with him.

Outgoing EAC Tseminyu, Ruokuosetuo Tetso also thanked all the head of departments and NGOs for their cooperation and support extended to the district administration.

ADC Tseminyu, Kikumsangla Jamir spoke on behalf of district administrative and SP Tseminyu, Talisunep Imchen spoke on behalf of the HoDs of the district. Short speeches were also delivered by HA DC office Tseminyu, Tsonga Kath; PA to DC, Gwasinlo Kent and Er. Tesinlo Semy, President Rengma Hoho.  

Presentation by various departments, special number presented by Esther Tep, CMHIS Tseminyu, and invocation by Imkongnunba Lemture pastor Ao Baptist Church Tseminyu were the highlights of the program. The program was chaired by SDO (C) Tseminyu, Tsidi Hairi.
