The monthly Departmental Coordination meeting was convened by the SDO (civil) Arhomo Yanthan, NCS Aboi on 12th June 2023 at the ADC Conference Hall, Aboi.

The meeting was chaired by the SDO (C) who welcomed the HoOs, public leaders, KU, ATSU, and the representatives of the nine wards. The meeting addressed the problem presented by the Konyak Union Aboi Unit and Aboi Town Students Union that the HoOs in the subdivision are usually out of the station and that causes inconveniences to the public as and when work arises. The SDO directed the officials to be in the station. The meeting also addressed the welfare of the public and maintaining the prohibition of selling prohibited items within and around the Aboi subdivision. Lastly, 12th AR, Post Commander Major SS Sandhu assured that a public Rest House would be constructed in the main town.
