Consultative meeting in order to take up more preparedness and to strengthen their activities on COVID -19 and to tackle in case of any emergency a meeting was held at the Office chamber of the Chief Medical Officer on 2nd April 2020.

During the meeting the following agendas were discussed and resolved, that the safety of the public 24X7 services ambulance will be give. 24X7 ambulance services will be looked after from Dr. Motsuo Memorial District Hospital and for any query the following numbers were given, 87298749335/70051664213 &7005155280.

Christian Medical Centre (CMC) Vankhosung, Wokha has been arranged for the convenience of the patient s. The following doctors were deployed to manned the hospital and Dr. Akum DTO (RNTCP) is In-charge (Ph.no-9862714233) of the team, Ahum will be assisted by the following doctors, Dr. Vhiben Litha MO PHC Humtso, Dr. Liphamo Odyuo, Dr. Thungchanbeni Patton and Dr. Achumi.

Dr. Nesapra Kezo (Ph.no 9862198623) and Dr. Kuokhole Savino (Ph.no- 7629874989) will be in-charge of the quarantine facility at GHSS who are already trained how to use the PPE at District hospital at Wokha.

24x7 Ambulance (*NSACS) service at District Head quarter, Driver Contact Number-8415936624 and Counselor as Robin Ezung.

Dr. Monchan Kithan (ZLO) has been assigned to look after the MMU Vehicle for movement of Doctors and Medical staff only for emergency purpose. All PHC ambulance attached to MO should be in their respective posting place, preparation of Control Room roster (COVID-19) for registrations was also discussed during the meeting.
