The Department of Land Resources, Mon, Government of Nagaland in collaboration with Coffee Board of India conducted training on Coffee Plantation and Management on the 22nd, 23rd and 24th of July, 2025 for coffee growing villages under Tobu, Chen and Phomching block respectively under Mon district at Sheanghah Tangten Village.  Imti Imchen, AEO and Kayia Ch Arche, JTA from Coffee Board were present as resource persons.

Different aspects of the training included coffee nursery management, field planting techniques, bush management, harvesting, post harvest management, field demonstration and hands-on experience. A total of 210 coffee growers participated in the training program.
