Expenditure Observer for 40 - Bhandari Assembly Constituency, Dharmveer Tandi (IRAS) held a meeting of the Assistant Expenditure Observer, Election Accounting team, Video Surveillance team, Video Viewing team, Flying squads, and the contesting candidates' agents at ADC's conference hall Bhandari on 13th February 2023.

During the meeting, the Expenditure Observer briefed the gathering on the roles and responsibilities of each team for the smooth conduct of the forthcoming 14th Nagaland Legislative Assembly Election 2023.
