Hands on training on offline videography and poll star to the Presiding Officers was held at DC's conference hall Kiphire, on 31st October 2020 by DIO & Nodal officer Tanzeel Osama, Burchiba NFO District level master trainers and Daniel S.Sangtam. Altogether 72 presiding officers attended the training.
