DC & District Election Officer Phek Kumar Ramnikant (IAS) has directed all the Central and State Government Departments under Phek District to furnish a detailed list of office staff in the prescribed format (annexure-1) along with a photocopy of A/Roll to be signed by respective DDOs and Govt vehicles in format (annexure-2) to the office of Dy Commissioner & DEO Phek on or before 6th December 2022 in connection with the conduct of forthcoming State Legislative Assembly Election, 2023. 

All details should be mandatorily furnished and submitted to the concerned Administrative Head Offices either in the Sub-Division or District.
