All officials/staff appointed as Presiding Officer 1st Polling Officer, 2nd Polling Officer, and 3rd Polling Officer in connection with the forthcoming General Election to the 14th Nagaland Legislative Assembly, 2023 under Chumoukedima and Niuland Districts have been directed to attend the third round of training as per the undermentioned schedule: 

For 4-Ghaspani-I:

1. Presiding Officers
2. First Polling Officer 
3. Second Polling Officers
4. The third polling officers will be held on 22nd February 2023 from 10:00 am to 12:00 noon at GHSS, Chumoukedima.
5. Grade IV will be held from 12 noon at GHSS, Chumoukedima.

For 5-Ghaspani-II

1. Presiding Officers
2. First Polling Officers
3. Second Polling Officers
4. The third Polling officers will be held on 22nd February 2023 from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm at GHSS, Chumoukedima.
5. Grade IV will be held on 22nd February 2023 from 3 pm at GHSS, Chumoukedima.

For All Reserves will be held on 22nd February 2023 from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm at GHSS, Chumoukedima.

All officials/staff appointed as Polling Personnel are deemed to be on deputation to the Election Commission of India and shall be subjected to the control, superintendence, and discipline of the Election Commission of India

Further, all the Heads of the Departments (Offices under Chumoukedima and Niuland Districts have been directed to depute all the listed officials under their respective establishments to attend the training positively.
