The Scrutiny of form 17 A and other documents was done by the general observer of 6-Tening & 7-Peren Assembly Constituency Manoj Kumar IAS and the Returning Officer (RO) of 6-Tening & 7-Peren Assembly constituencies in the presence of candidates' representative agents on 28th February 2023 at ADC conference hall Peren at 11:00 AM.

Scrutiny was done for any of the following categories in polling stations:

1. Polling stations where complaints of poll ringing and malpractice were received during the polling process.
2. Polling stations where any significant event EVM related or otherwise was reported. 
3. Polling station where poll took place in the absence of any polling agent or in the presence of polling agent of only one candidate.
4. Polling stations where the number of electors who cast their vote using documents other than EPIC and exceeding 25% of the total votes cast in the polling station.
5. Polling stations where more than 10% of electors have been identified as ASD turned up to vote.
6. Polling station where polling percentage is plus 15% or minus 15 % than the average polling percentage of the AC. 
7. Polling station where there are at least 5 (five) tendered votes/ challenged votes reported.

The political Candidates' agents after the scrutiny had no complaints. General Observer Manoj Kumar IAS declared that there will be no re-polling in the Peren district of 6 Peren & 7 Peren Assembly constituencies.
