In accordance with the Government of Nagaland's notification vide No.CON-1/G/26/10 dated Kohima, January 20, 2020, issued by the Home Department (Political Branch), the Central Training Institute, Home Guards', Civil Defence & State Disaster Response Force, Toluvi, Dimapur, Nagaland, has been officially designated as the authorized training center for providing training to private security personnel under the Private Security Agency Regulation Act, 2005 (PSARA).

Therefore, all private security agencies operating in Nagaland are to take note that a List of new recruits who need training in compliance with the PSARA regulations can be submitted on or before 30th November 2023 to the Director General, Home Guards', Civil Defence & State Disaster Response Force, New Capital Complex, Nagaland, Kohima.
