Youngster united Tamlu Town organised Best August Football Tournament from 16th -17th August 2024 at Tamlu Town, Longleng.
Opening ceremony was graced by P. Nyemau Phom GT, GMS Tamlu, in his speech he encouraged all the participating teams to play in true spirit and maintain discipline in games and sports. He also encouraged the participants to build strong relationships, unity and brotherhood among one another through sports.
Closing ceremony was graced by N. Manow Phom President, Tamlu Village Vangvungla. She encouraged the youngsters that one may choose sports as one's career in life.The final match was played between Excellence Seeker Team, Tamlu Town versus Violin FC,Bura Namsang. The match was won by Excellence Seeker Team Tamlu Town by 2-1.
