The polling for Pfutsero Town Council vacant seat for Ward 11 Zipa was conducted on 28th October 2025 and the counting of votes was held at ADC’s Conference Hall, Pfutsero on 31st October 2025.

            Krokulo Khutso, independent candidate secured 315 votes defeating his rival independent candidate, Tewu Mero with 51 votes. ADC Pfutsero, Mhalo Humtsoe handed the winning certificate to Krokulo Khutso in the presence of Deputy Commissioner, Phek, Rhosietho Ngouri and Election Observer, T.L. Kiusumong Tikhir.
