Along with the rest of the country Pfutsero HQ celebrated 77th Republic Day at Sports Complex Pfutsero with MLA 16th A/C Pfutsero, Dr. Neisatuo Mero as the Special Guest.
Upon arrival, Dr. Mero unfurled the national flag, took Rashtriya salute and delivered the Republic Day speech.
The Parade contingents were led by ABI B Coy 5th NAP, Wekou Kapfo Parade commander and ABSI Ruopfukhrietuo Chuzo as the Second-in-Command. DEF Phek, CMHSS Pfutsero, GHSS Pfutsero, Nazareth HSS Pfutsero and Govt. College Pfutsero were a part of the Parade Contingent.
Dr.Neisatuo Mero also inaugurated and visited the stall set up by various departments and self-help groups. The programme was compered by Dr. Vizolenuo Sophie and Keneilhounuo Usou.
The programme was attended by Government officials, Town Council members, public leaders, students and citizens.
