The District Administration, Mon, led by the Deputy Commissioner, Wennyei Konyak, along with the Superintendent of Police, Chief Medical Officer, and the Konyak Students' Union (KSU), visited the flood-affected areas of Naginimora on the 1st of August 2026 to assess the damage and stand with affected families.
Ex gratia assistance was handed over to the bereaved family of the deceased, while relief funds were provided to those injured in the recent floods. The team also inspected damaged sites to assess the impact and ensure timely relief and rehabilitation measures.
