Draft Electoral Roll under the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) 2026 for the Assembly Constituency of Tuensang, was held at DC’s Conference Hall, Tuensang on 20th September 2026.

A Total of 71368 elector has been included in the Draft Electoral Roll comprising of 36282 Male and 35086 Female Electoral under the 4 (four) Assembly Constituency of 53 Tuensang Sadar l, 54 Tuensang Sadar ll, 51 Noksen AC and 54 Longkhim- Chare AC with a total number of 137 Polling Station with two new Polling Station created under 26th Sangdak B under 51 Noksen AC and 39 Old Tsadang B under 52 Longkhim- Chare AC. During the Enumeration phase of SIR, a total of 80400 Enumeration Forms were processed, out of these 71368 EPs (88.77%) were verified while 9032 Cases (11.23%) were recorded as Uncollectible Enumeration Forms (UEFs).

The DC and DEO Tuensang also requested all the electors to verify their names and submit claim and objectives, whenever necessary within the prescribed period i. e 20/09/2026 to 20/10/2026. Application may be submitted through the concerned Booth Level Officer, AERO, ERO or at District Election Officer Tuensang. The list of Claims and objection received during the revision process will be shared with the Political Parties on a weekly basis in the interest of Transparency. During the Notice phase/Disposal of claims and Objectives EROs/AEROs may issue notice to electors with discrepancies in the entries of theirs details in the Electoral record. Electoral receiving such notice are informed to respond promptly with requisite documents for verification details.

The DC and DEO also expressed her sincerely appreciation and gratitude to all BLOs, BLO Supervisors, EROs, AEROs recognised Political Parties and Other stakeholders for the dedication efforts and cooperation that significantly contribute to the successful publication of the Draft Electoral Roll.
