The Election Commission of India (ECI) has appointed three observers for 4-Ghaspani-I and 5-Ghaspani-II Assembly Constituencies for the smooth conduct of the General Election to Nagaland Assembly Election 2023. 

Jitendra Kumar Singh, IAS was appointed as General Observer, Satish Kumar Gajbhiye, IPS was appointed as Police Observer, and Sunil Kisan Agawane, IRS-IT has been appointed as Election Expenditure Observer. This is for information of all that the Observers have arrived and are stationed at the Police Officers' Complex, Chumoukedima.
