All pensioners, both recipients of life pensions and family pensions, disbursed from the Kohima South Treasury, have been informed about the Annual Physical Verification for the fiscal year 2023-2024. This verification process is scheduled to take place from September 11th to September 16th, 2023, at the new South Treasury Office located within the DC Office compound. Pensioners are required to appear in person during regular office hours.

To facilitate the verification process, pensioners must bring the following documents: Pension Payment Order (PPO) Book, Renewed Non-Practicing Allowance (NPA) ID Card, Life Certificate and Non-Marriage Certificate, which is issued by the Treasury Office

Pensioners have been reminded that failure to appear for the physical verification with the aforementioned documents will result in the suspension of pension payments.
