Zunheboto Deputy Commissioner Rahul Bhanudas Mali, IAS has informed that in view of the massive landslide between Zunheboto town and Satakha town along the Zunheboto -Chakabama two-lane road and to facilitate the early clearance of debris and to prevent anything injury or loss of life, the stretch of road from Zunheboto town to Satakha town has been closed for all forms of traffic movements till further order. The DC also informed that anyone willing to travel from Zunheboto to Kohima/Dimapur can take an alternate route via Zungti- Kandinyu JN, Asukho-Rotomi-Wokha route, Suruhoto- Alichen/Yangli road, etc.
